The Village of Oswego's Administrative Adjudication Hearings are held monthly at the Oswego Police Department.
The hearing dates are the fourth Thursday of the month at 5:00 PM, with the exception of November and December in which they are on the third Thursdays due to the holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas.
The fine amount is dependent on the Village Ordinance Fine Schedule based on the classification of the violation and can range from $25.00 to $750.00.
Police Dept. Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 11pm.
Please allow the court some time to process your citation if it was written on a Friday, or weekend, before it is available for payment on the next business day.
ALL credit/debit card payments made through the Online Portal include a minimum fee of $2.50 or 3.5% of the total charge, whichever is greater.
ALL payments made via E-Check include a fee of $1.95. Fees are charged & collected by the processor, not the Village of Oswego.
A hold of funds may show on your bank account pending an approved or declined card transaction for up to 72 hours.
