New Water & Sewer Maintenance Rates (March 2024)

Regular Rates: 

• Water = $0.007687 per gallon.
• Sewer = $0.001778 per gallon. 

Senior Rates(eligibility required) 

• Water = $0.003837 per gallon.
• Sewer = $0.00088 per gallon. 

How to SIGN UP (register):

1. On this page, up at the top right, click on: Sign In / Register
2. Scroll all the way to bottom of the page to: “Don’t have an account?” and click on Sign up
3. Enter in your Email address, a new password, and your First and Last name
4. The system will send you an Email, to the address you signed up with, to Activate your account
5. Within your email, click on the link to Activate your account. Use the email address and password you used to Sign up with from Step 3 (above).
6. Click on the box “Search for communities”
7. Search for Village of Oswego – Citizen Self Service.
8. You should now be redirected back to the Home Page (this page): css.oswegoil.org
9. Click on "Citizen Self Service" on the left-hand side of the screen
10. Sign in with your E-mail and password that you Activated from Step 5 (above)
11. If your Utility Billing account is not already linked, you will need to link it with your Account # and/or Customer#, name and phone # (these can be found on your Water Utility Bill).
12. You will now be able to see all your account information on the screen

Additionally, you may pay via one of the following options below:

• Mail your check and payment stub to: PO Box 5450, Carol Stream, IL 60197-5450.
• Pay with cash, check, or credit/debit card, in person, at the Utility Billing Department, located at Village Hall
  • Address: 100 Parkers Mill (across the bridge in downtown Oswego).
• Our convenient 24/7 Drop box is located in the parking lot at Village Hall by the fountain.
  We accept electronic bank payments
• To make a credit/debit card payment over the phone, please call the Village’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system by dialing 1-630-554-1555 anytime – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
